Homemade Ramen for #sundaysupper

By now you know my cooking style is to make what you have on hand. And this Ramen Noodle Soup is no exception. I was home and discovered a bag of unused mushrooms in the fridge. Hubs was grocery shopping. Ten minutes later viola! waiting for him when he arrived was this great surprise.

You probably have all these ingredients at home which also makes this dish easy on budget: Green onions, eggs, mushrooms, noodles, and anything else you want to throw in. Timing is everything with this soup: Leaving your noodles in too long can make them mushy.
