@TrueFoodsInc Veracha Fish For #SundaySupper

When my husband read the label on True Made Food’s Veracha sauce tonight, neither of us could believe it. “No fat: transfat, saturated fat, or otherwise. No sugar or cholesterol.”

If that isn’t enough to hook you, the flavor of this hot sauce will. Blend it with Greek yogurt and bread crumbs to create a delicious coating for baked chicken or fish.

Here’s the recipe they send you with your bottle:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 Veracha sauce

Mix the first two together, and coat over you choice of meat, dredge in the bread crumbs

Chicken breast or fish

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

Bake on 400 F 204 C for 20 minutes.

How else could you use hot sauce?
