These homemade, veggie packed Salmon patties took no longer than 30 minutes to make. The thinner the patties are, the crunchier they bake. Instead of frying them on the stove top, I put them in the oven on low broil for a crispy texture.
Enjoy with a side salad or on top of your favorite greens.
Best part? I froze half the ‘dough’ to make later.
