Sauteed Cabbage for your Sweetheart Sunday Supper

The vegetable bin is where produce goes to disappear in our house. I rescued the cabbage this week by sauteing it with carrots and beets so that no root vegetables would be left behind for the bin.

So filling, I froze the rest for another day, another meal, likely to include fish.
