I love summer because it’s a great time to catch up with friends and hit the road with family. This year I also got a chance to cook in the kitchens of friends. Here is a crab cake recipe we mixed up. Easy to do and bakes in a muffin tin so you can be out on the porch chatting while dinner is cooking.
